As a part of the Youth Team, you’ll be working within our Glow Youth Venue (ages 11-17), and helping with all elements of the programming. Throughout the day you’ll be building community through small groups, engage in high-energy activities, and be a consistent, friendly presence for the young people.   

Spiritually, you’ll have the privilege of supporting young people in their faith journey. While confidence in praying with them is a plus, you will always be paired with another volunteer to ensure a safe and supportive environment for everyone. From setting up the morning sessions to keeping the venue welcoming and tidy, you’ll be helping create a space where every young person feels seen and valued.
