As a part of the Site Team, you’ll be onsite before and after the event helping set up venues, unloading our storage unit, and helping prepare the site for our attendees. This role will involve being on your feet for long hours, so being fit and healthy is desirable. There are some specific skilled roles for the site team, however much of the work can be carried out by those with general practical skills and a good work ethic.  

During the festival, you’ll be free to enjoy much of the event whilst being 'on call' to respond to any maintenance issue that may come up. The aim of the site team is to prevent the breakdown and failure of vital equipment. Often there are between 3-5 on call moments that require the site team volunteers to attend to during the event. Some on call examples are needing to move chairs from one venue to another, retie banners, or helping campers secure their tents in severe weather conditions. 

If you are a qualified tele-handler and forklift driver, we will need copies of your driving licence and qualification certificates prior to operating machinery.
