As a part of the Volunteer Hub Team, you’ll be creating welcoming spaces for all volunteers and supporting them in what they need to fulfil their roles. Throughout the day you’ll be setting out the breakfast and lunch provisions, tidying the volunteer hospitality area, and working closely with the Volunteer Lead to help oversee all volunteers. A big part of the role is listening to volunteers, encouraging them, and if needed pointing them to our pastoral care or prayer team for further support. The day will be varied depending on the needs of the volunteers, so the ability to adapt and think on your feet will be vital.
