As a part of the Families Team, you’ll be helping children (ages 5-11) engage in worship, play, and creativity. The mornings are focused on the sign-in session where you’ll be helping sign children into the venue, supporting group activities, and praying for children. While the afternoons and evenings are more focused on facilitating specific activities and performances. 

You will need a loving attitude, lots of patience and the ability to be calm and helpful. The ability to work as part of a team and be flexible is a must!  During the weekend, many families and kids respond to Jesus, often for the first time. You will need to be confident praying for families and kids, ministering to them and pointing them to further resources / people they can talk to. If you enjoy working with Children and have a playful attitude, you’ll fit well within the families team.
