As a part of the Sports Team, you’ll be on the ground organising the various sports events that happen on site. Throughout the day you’ll be refereeing different sports games, such as football and basketball. Beyond the rules of the game, your role is to foster an inclusive, fun environment for all ages and abilities. Safety is our top priority, so you’ll act as a primary observer for on-pitch incidents, ensuring our First Aid team is alerted immediately to any injuries. Because our activities are open-air, you’ll need a flexible 'show must go on' attitude—whether it’s bright sunshine or a sudden Cornish downpour, your energy keeps the games alive!
