As part of the Information Team, you are the "human Google" for our attendees! You’ll be the first point of call for anyone needing a hand—whether they’ve lost their keys, need the nearest supermarket, or are looking for a specific seminar. Because the Info Desk is a natural hub, you’ll also play a vital role in festival safety by directing people to First Aid or alerting our Safeguarding Team to missing children. You don't need to be an encyclopaedia on day one; we’ll give you plenty of time to learn the program. If you’re a patient problem-solver who loves helping people find their way, you’ll fit right in.
