The Creation Fest team serves in many ways before, during and after the event. It’s a great opportunity to meet new people, learn new skills and join a community that feels like a family.

Every year, we rely on hundreds of volunteers to make Creation Fest happen. Our amazing volunteers do everything from setting up the site before people arrive to serving coffee in our cafes; from having fun in the families tent to praying for people after meetings. You’ll also get a ton of perks by volunteering with us. It’s truly the best way to experience Creation Fest!

For most teams, volunteers will need to be over 18 years of age, although for some teams it’s 15+. Have a read through the team descriptions for more details and to find the right one for you.

Arrival Day
All volunteers need to arrive on Wednesday August 5th 2026 for volunteer training. Most teams need to arrive in the afternoon/evening, while some are required earlier. We ask that you’re available to volunteer for all 4 days of the event (August 6th-9th), but can make some allowances for a 2-3 day volunteer.

Shift Patterns
Each team works different shifts, but you’ll typically be serving between 6-8 hours split between one or more shifts. We’ll release specific shift patterns and times closer to the event.

Revamped Volunteer Meal Deal
We’ve heard the feedback and revamped the volunteer meal deals in a few ways for 2026. Firstly, we’ve subsidised the price to offer it to all volunteers for only £36 for the 4 days (down from £60).

Secondly, the food available has changed. This year, if you buy the meal deal, you’ll be given 8 tokens - 4 Lunch Tokens and 4 Food Van Tokens. Lunch Tokens can be traded for either a pasty/sausage roll or sandwich, snack (crisps/chocolate), and piece of fruit. Food Van tokens can be traded to our participating food vans for full meals. These changes will give you greater freedom on what you eat and when you eat.

And don’t worry, we’ve still got the Volunteer Hub where you can bring your meals, relax with friends, and grab your free breakfast and drinks (tea, coffee, squash). Breakfast and drinks are available to all volunteers.
