Creation Fest Appeal
We’re aiming to raise £80,000-£100,000 to keep Creation Fest going.
Please consider donating.
The Need
For 24 years, Creation Fest has gathered Christians and faith-seekers from across the South West and beyond to celebrate the God who loves us. As we look toward our 25th annual event in 2026, we are facing a significant financial need of £80,000 - £100,000 to secure the festival’s future.
This figure represents what’s required not only to meet our current shortfall but also to break free from the ongoing financial cycle and build healthy reserves for the years ahead.
We’ve launched a fundraising campaign to help reach this goal, which you can make donations through here.
We know there will be questions, and we want to be transparent and honest in our answers below. For anything not covered, please contact office@creationfest.org.uk and our team will respond.
FAQ
-
It’s our hope and intention that Creation Fest will go ahead in 2026, celebrating 25 years of ministry. Every year requires faith and generosity as we work to keep tickets affordable and open the door for as many as possible to hear the gospel and encounter Jesus. This year, we’re inviting you to journey with us – to pray, give, and believe together that this financial need will be met.
-
We need to raise £80,000-£100,000 to ensure Creation Fest 2026 can take place and that we can move forward on stable financial ground. Our minimum goal is £60,000.
Our team has already paused non-essential spending and is pursuing new savings. However, a large amount of our annual budget is made up of unavoidable infrastructure costs, such as the festival site, safety requirements (security, fencing, insurance), venue structures, waste water collection, and production essentials like stages, lighting, and sound.
The fundraiser enables us to protect the key elements that make Creation Fest what it is – a safe, welcoming, and inspiring space for all.
-
The heart of this fundraiser is simple: to keep Creation Fest’s mission alive. For nearly 25 years, the festival has impacted lives across the South West and beyond, encouraging people in their faith and helping others discover it for the first time.
We know this financial challenge is significant, but we trust God’s leading through it, and we’re asking our community to partner with us in prayer, generosity, and belief that there is more still to come.
-
If giving isn’t possible for you right now, there are still important ways to help:

-
We’ll post updates on social media, website, and via email as donations come in, with a formal update in the week following our fundraising deadline of November 12th.
-
To put Creation Fest into a year-on-year financially sustainable position we need to raise £80,000-£100,000. However, to ensure that we can continue operations for our 2026 event our minimum target is £60,000.
If we do not reach the minimum of £60,000 we will prayerfully review our situation and update any donors of the next steps.
If Creation Fest is not able to continue, we will contact all donors and give the opportunity for a refund of their donation (minus card charges).

No final decision has been made. Should the festival not proceed, all ticket holders will be contacted directly, and refunds will be issued in line with our Creation Fest 2026 Ticket Policy, available to view by clicking here.
